 - Grilled Peaches & Green Herbs

 Beer Pairing: Beat Culture Vagabond (a saison lightly-hoppy finish plus lemony tart character) 

                       J Wakefield Ginger Yum Yum - (Sour Ale with loads of fresh Ginger and Peach)

        

Second Course

Marinated Tuna

  • Pickled Carrots and Guava Vinegar

 Beer Pairing: Beat Culture Guava Pastelito IPA (Milkshake IPA aged on guava, vanilla and lactose)
                       J Wakefield Nuzzle (Session IPA with aromas and flavors of grapefruit, lime, and citrus with a dank herbal note of drifting cannabis.)

Third Course

Beef Short Ribs

 - Burnt Onion & Sweet Potato - 

Beer Pairing: Beat Culture Chocolate & Coffee Clock Shadow (Imperial stout aged on locally roasted chocolate nibs and coffee beans)

                       J Wakefield 24th Street Brown (English style Brown Ale has a hint of roasted coffee and a strong nutty flavor)

Dessert Course

Eton Mess 

  • Summer Berries and Vanilla Meringue

Beat Culture Blueberry Milkshake IPA  (blueberries, lactose, French vanilla Milkshake IPA)
